getprotobynumber

Get protocol name associated with protocol number
string getprotobynumber ( int $number )

getprotobynumber() returns the protocol name associated with protocol number as per /etc/protocols.

Parameters:
number

The protocol number.

Returns:

Returns the protocol name as a string, or FALSE on failure.
