Decorator to mark deprecated functions with warning.

Parameters:	alt_func : str If given, tell user what function to use instead. behavior : {‘warn’, ‘raise’} Behavior during call to deprecated function: ‘warn’ = warn user that function is deprecated; ‘raise’ = raise error.
