skimage.filters.threshold_li(image) [source]

Return threshold value based on adaptation of Li’s Minimum Cross Entropy method.

Parameters:

image : array

Input image.

Returns:

threshold : float

Upper threshold value. All pixels intensities more than this value are assumed to be foreground.
