create_full_put_path

Syntax:	`create_full_put_path on \| off;`
Default:	`create_full_put_path off;`
Context:	`http`, `server`, `location`

The WebDAV specification only allows creating files in already existing directories. This directive allows creating all needed intermediate directories.
