The attributes of the element can be specified as two arguments, name and value.

Alternatively, the attributes can be specified as a hash.

hidden("name")

hidden("name", "value")
  # <INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="name" VALUE="value">

hidden("NAME" => "name", "VALUE" => "reset", "ID" => "foo")
