Instance Public methods
Flushes all the internal buffers of the GzipWriter object. The meaning of
flush is same as in Zlib::Deflate#deflate.
Zlib::SYNC_FLUSH is used if flush is omitted. It
is no use giving flush Zlib::NO_FLUSH.
