Parameters:

The IntlCalendar resource.
dayOfWeek
One of the constants IntlCalendar::DOW_SUNDAY
, IntlCalendar::DOW_MONDAY
, …, IntlCalendar::DOW_SATURDAY
.
Returns:
Returns TRUE
on success. Failure can only happen due to invalid parameters.
