Deletes a file on the remote filesystem.
Parameters:
sftp
An SSH2 SFTP resource opened by ssh2_sftp().
filename
An SSH2 SFTP resource opened by ssh2_sftp().
Returns:
Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
