Attribute equals selector [name=”value”]

Selects elements that have the specified attribute with a value exactly equal to a certain value.
jQuery( "[attribute='value']" )

Examples:

Finds all inputs with a value of "Hot Fuzz" and changes the text of the next sibling span.
