xml.parsers.expat.xmlparser.NotationDeclHandler()

xmlparser.NotationDeclHandler(notationName, base, systemId, publicId)

Called for notation declarations. notationName, base, and systemId, and publicId are strings if given. If the public identifier is omitted, publicId will be None.
