Form.as_ul()
as_ul()
renders the form as a series of <li>
tags, with each <li>
containing one field. It does not include the <ul>
or </ul>
, so that you can specify any HTML attributes on the <ul>
for flexibility:
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 | >>> f = ContactForm() >>> f.as_ul() '<li><label for="id_subject">Subject:</label> <input id="id_subject" type="text" name="subject" maxlength="100" required /></li>\n<li><label for="id_message">Message:</label> <input type="text" name="message" id="id_message" required /></li>\n<li><label for="id_sender">Sender:</label> <input type="email" name="sender" id="id_sender" required /></li>\n<li><label for="id_cc_myself">Cc myself:</label> <input type="checkbox" name="cc_myself" id="id_cc_myself" /></li>' >>> print (f.as_ul()) <li><label for = "id_subject" >Subject:< / label> < input id = "id_subject" type = "text" name = "subject" maxlength = "100" required / >< / li> <li><label for = "id_message" >Message:< / label> < input type = "text" name = "message" id = "id_message" required / >< / li> <li><label for = "id_sender" >Sender:< / label> < input type = "email" name = "sender" id = "id_sender" required / >< / li> <li><label for = "id_cc_myself" >Cc myself:< / label> < input type = "checkbox" name = "cc_myself" id = "id_cc_myself" / >< / li> |
