1) Returns true if *this and rhs are both end-of-sequence iterators, or if all of the following conditions are true: 
-  begin == rhs.begin
-  end == rhs.end
-  pregex == rhs.pregex
-  flags == rhs.flags
-  match[0] == rhs.match[0]
