Procedural style
Set the pattern used by the formatter. Can not be used on a rule-based formatter.
Parameters:
fmt
NumberFormatter object.
pattern
Pattern in syntax described in » ICU DecimalFormat documentation.
Returns:
Returns TRUE
on success or FALSE
on failure.
